ϟ Losing without a scale
I’m currently living abroad and need to lose my travel weight before I return home.
I have about one hundred days to do so, but I’d like to lose it all sooner.
At the moment I don’t have a scale, but I know I’m around 145.
When I first arrived, I weighed 130.
My lowest weight was exactly one year ago at 105.
I have a long past with disordered eating, but I’ve made a recovery.
I love curves, I don’t want to be sickly thin again.
How am I going to do this?
Eat around 600-800 calories a day
Cut out all sugars and sweets.
I absoultely need to lose this, I can’t stand the humilation of going home fat.
